Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Sellerverse ("we") for the use of the Sellerverse platform. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your invited users do.
- Give us accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
The service
Sellerverse is a platform for running an Amazon business. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove a feature you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.
Amazon and other connected services
When you connect a seller account or another service, you authorise us to access its data on your behalf. Your use of Amazon remains subject to Amazon's own terms. Sellerverse is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. We are not responsible for outages or changes in services we do not control.
Third-party services
Sellerverse uses third-party services, including Clerk for sign-in and Stripe for payments. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those providers run their services.
Free trial
New workspaces get a free trial of 14 days. A payment card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. At the end of the trial, your plan starts and your card is charged unless you cancel before then.
Plans, users and billing
- Plans are billed per workspace, monthly or yearly, in advance. Each plan includes a set number of users.
- You can add extra users at any time. Each extra user costs $10 per month on monthly billing, or $8 per month on yearly billing.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes such as VAT, which are added where the law requires.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The change applies from your next billing period.
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your monthly or yearly plan begins. Payments are non-refundable, because the free trial lets you try Sellerverse fully before you pay. Where the law requires a refund, we will provide one. Payments and any legally required refunds are handled by Stripe.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings, on a monthly or a yearly plan. Cancelling stops future payments. It does not refund the current period, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can export your data before your account closes. We delete your personal data within 30 days after that, except records the law requires us to keep.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Sellerverse to you. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or the terms of a connected service, including Amazon's policies;
- try to access other customers' data or get around security or usage limits;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform;
- upload malware or content you have no right to use.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules. We will tell you why, unless the law prevents it.
AI features
Seller Navigator and other AI features can make mistakes. Check important figures and decisions before acting on them. You are responsible for actions you approve, such as creating purchase orders.
Our intellectual property
Sellerverse, its software and its brand belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the platform during your subscription, not ownership of it. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
Availability and support
We work to keep Sellerverse available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is available at contact@sellerverse.ai.
Liability
Sellerverse is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales, lost data, business interruption or actions Amazon takes on your seller account, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or Sellerverse is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or for unpaid fees after notice. You may stop using Sellerverse at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes, we will email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Sellerverse after that, the new terms apply.
